We're Still Active

You may have seen in the local news that we are unable to use our hall in Hungerford as of Autumn 2007.  The venue has been closed for health and safety reasons and so we are currently having to meet in alternative venues around the town.

Our Badgers, Cadets and Adults are still active and we still offer first aid services across West Berkshire.  If you would like to get involved in any way, please get in touch with us.

If you would like to send us a message of support or find out more, please use the space below.  If you do not include an e-mail address, your message will be sent anonymously.

The Hungerford Division of St John Ambulance is very active in the local community and surrounding area.  We have a healthy membership across Adult, Cadet and Badger segments. All units meet regularly to learn more in a relaxed and friendly environment.  See our Photo Album for an idea of what we do.

Get involved and join our team!

Become a volunteer and increase your skills above and beyond FAW and join our members on a wide range of exciting duties and events:  Watch Premiership football, enjoy a day at Ascot Races, see major bands in concert and help at local community events.  All for free.

Kids have fun too

Cadets is for young people aged from 10 to 18 and Badgers is for 6 to 10 year olds.  Both units provide a fun, structured and safe environment in which to learn and work towards proficiencies such as Grand Prior for Cadets and Super Badger for the younger members.

We need your support, so please help us provide our services in and around West Berkshire.  You could fundraise on our behalf or book us for training or medical cover .  Please get in touch to find out more.
